If I could give more Stars, I would! Unexpected breakdown in Salem Illinois had me going to Max Dye Chrysler. A transmission problem they were unable to repair due to the recent loss of their transmission tech. They found my another dealership to make the repairs about 35 miles away. Even though they had no obligation to, they provided transportation to that dealer when my vehicle was fixed. The service manager Steve, bent over backwards to help me out. The owner himself even got involved with my problem! I wish they were my hometown dealer!
